Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the efficient operation of our IT systems. The IT Staff will work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues and maintain our IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
