HR Manager

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction, and improving corporate culture. Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee our HR department. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance/HR and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall business strategy. The HR Manager will oversee the recruitment and selection process, maintain high levels of employee satisfaction, and improve corporate culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR metrics, labor law, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of proven working experience as HR manager, Generalist, or Specialist
  • Call Center industry experience preferred
  • Prior experience delivering HR training and development programs
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Report and coordinate with the Director of Finance/HR
  • Oversee and coordinate the recruitment and selection process
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Identify gaps in management practices and introduce initiatives and new processes
  • Define clear job profiles and a system of roles and responsibilities
  • Manage performance appraisals of employees with the applied job structure and salary matrix
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Monitor and report regular company attrition to propose applicable retention programs
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
  • Work well in consultation with an employment law attorney to keep the company from any lawsuit and ensure legal compliance
